It’s of a story I learned about in 7th grade. The book/movie is called The Outsiders and the hero’s name is Johnny Cade. I like the story because it takes place in the 1960s but since they are in Tulsa, Oklahoma they are outdated and are still in the era of the 1950s; which is my favorite era. I feel like I can relate to Johnny Cade and I don’t want to disclose why to people I do not know (my apologies). He had to deal with many protagonists such as the Socs who were from the rich side of town and his parents who abused him. He had friends that were like brothers to him that shaped him into a loving and caring person. What I find has shaped me is even though he was skittish from when he got jumped by a group of Socs he never treated anyone poorly. He was kind to everyone and tried to be polite and genuine. Where he becomes a hero is when his friend Ponyboy and himself ran away after he killed a Soc who was trying to kill Ponyboy. They ran away to a church on Jay Mountain and lived there for a while. They left when their friend Dallas came to check up on them and when they came back to the church it was on fire. There were a few children stuck inside the building so Ponyboy and Johnny went into the burning building while Dallas went to help get the children through the window from the outside. Johnny was the last one out and the building ended up collapsing on him. He died in the hospital a few days later. He risked his life for strangers because he felt like they could and deserve to have a better life than he will ever have.

A hero is someone who goes above and beyond to selflessly help others in anyway they can. A hero in my life is more like multiple heroes. Anyone who has served in the military, police force, or as ambulance/firefighters. Even some civilians who have done what those men and women do, at one point or another. They risks their lives to protect and serve the citizens of this country. They must be brave, selfless, and have personal courage. We have people on our planet that are heros they just don’t wear capes nor have any superhuman powers/abilities.
Everything a person does takes time and effects space. Say if we were to have a time machine and go back in time and change something about it no matter how small, it could tremendously affect space. No matter what we do it requires time whether it be one millisecond or years it still is a piece of time. A philosophical idea is that the only way to not take time is to alter space. Bending space to get from point A to point C and not having to travel through point B and takes no time is the idea of a “Worm Hole”. It is all just a theory because it cannot be proven and may never be proven for we do not possess the technology to be capable of doing so. A good friend of mine brought up a good point when I was feeling depressed, we are all useful to the universe in someway. We change it just by breathing and moving. Though we can’t see the extent of which it effects the universe, we know that somewhere in the future it has made a huge impact. A silly example would be that say we step on a mosquito and kill it, by doing so it saved someone else from dying of a rare virus. That impacted someone else's life which by whatever he is going to do now that he is guaranteed a longer life to affect someone else and so on and so forth. Now I’m not saying to go out and kill every mosquito you see because that is ridiculous, but it is just an idea of what could happen if such thing occurred.
Origins are where a person originates from. It could be where they are born or where their ancestors were born. Take myself for example; I am born and raised in the United States and so was my dad. But my mother was born and raised in Okinawa (Japan) then eventually moved to the United States when she was ten years old. My great grandparents on my dad’s side were from Slovakia and Germany. My heritage on my mother’s side is Asian while my dad’s is European. That is all apart of my origins as a person.
